Welcome to Costa Cerritos. Please read our terms and conditions carefully to ensure a safe and pleasant stay.


📅 Reservations & Check-In/Out

  • Check-In: From 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in / late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in.


💳 Payments & Cancellation Policy

  • A one night deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
  • Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate and season. Please refer to your confirmation email or contact us directly for details.
  • No-shows or early departures may be subject to full charges.


🧒 Children & Extra Guests

  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • The maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded.
  • We do not offer rollaway beds or cribs.


🐾 Pets

  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property.
  • Service animals are welcome with prior notification and documentation.


🧹 Housekeeping

  • Housekeeping is provided every other day for short stays. For longer stays, weekly cleaning is available unless otherwise arranged.
  • If you prefer not to have housekeeping, please let the front desk know.


🚭 Non-Smoking Policy

  • All rooms and indoor areas are 100% non-smoking.
  • A cleaning fee of up to $250 USD may be charged for violations.


💥 Damages & Conduct

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or property during their stay.
  • We reserve the right to charge your card for any necessary repairs, replacement of items, or excessive cleaning.
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in early termination of the stay without refund.


🌐 Wi-Fi & Connectivity

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in public areas and guest rooms.
  • Please note that due to our remote location, internet speeds may vary.


🛑 Liability

  • Costa Cerritos is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Use of hotel facilities is at your own risk.
